This interactive session supports educators in aligning their actions, behaviors, and instructional practices with the expectations they have for students. Using the New York State Portrait of a Graduate framework, participants will reflect, analyze, and design a personal “teacher portrait鈥 to strengthen their impact. Participants will: -Build community with fellow educators -Analyze the components of the New York State Portrait of a Graduate -Identify how teachers can model desired student behaviors and mindsets -Create a personal Teacher Portrait highlighting strengths and growth opportunities Eligible for 3 hours CTLE credit. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
